Re: Bearings Falling off

A few of the wheels we got the bearings dropped right into place, no press or deadblow and block needed, same with the plastic pulley halves. With spacers in place its not a big deal. just had to make sure none of them slipped out while putting them on the chassis and then have to undo the bolt and the spacers and start again.

Re: Bearings Falling off

Back when I was younger (2008) I remember having a similar issue with AL Hex stock (lathed into live axles) being slightly undersized and as a result slipping right through the AM performance wheels/hubs... Some PVC spacers did the trick.

For extra resilience, Some AL round stock can be drilled out and cut with a lathe to make some really nice spacers.
