If it pulls from FRC-Spy or the twitter feed, then it can be completely up to date, down to the match (give or take 30 seconds). Otherwise, probably not.

The OPR is pulled from The First Allience, which I believe polls the twitter feed (I may be wrong, I'll look into it though), so minus the quick processing they do on their end it should be as up to date as possible.
