I wouldn't worry about it much, folks. Maybe she got busy. Maybe she was trolling. Either way, if it impacts your life that much, you may need to reevaluate some priorities.

This. Plus maybe her team said "Wait, we don't want to reveal our climbing stuff yet, so don't post it!"
Just wish the OP would come back and give us a status update

Re: WE ROBOT 2705 - 30 point climb

Instead of questioning and asking for vids, take a close look at the pic and learn.

I found the winch mechanism, bent lexan, etc educational and inspiring.... looks like a test/proof of concept that will work.

Clamp/extrusion is below the bar, you can see the shadow through the knot.

I *understand how they intend it to work--I suspect most people do, which is why they asked if there's testing video. Personally, there's one component in particular that could be of significant value to us, particularly if they'd had tested success with it. I'm looking into it now. The question isn't how they intend it to work, just how far it's tested.

*believe based on the picture that I

Hey now, some of us have made bets on when the first full 30 point climb video will be released. Here is to hoping it takes them another 11 days to post the video...

No, the whole robot has to be over the 2nd bar for 30 points.

That is incorrect. Zone 3 is above the second bar. This is a 30 point hang(assuming all other climbing rules were followed).

We got a lot of our final climber design finished last night in CAD and expect to be machining parts of it this weekend. Our current plan has us climbing next week.

At this point in the build, it's pretty much too late for anyone to copy our design so it's less a concern of secrecy and more one of embarrassment. Every time we think we have it perfect, we run into another issue and it's driving us crazy. The concept is the same one we've been using since the first day of the season, but the actual implementation of that idea has been incredibly complicated.
