Convert 6-Pin NXT I2C to 4-Pin I2C

Hi! We have multiple NXT sensors to plug into our one Digital Sidecar. The NXT sensors are I2C, but have six pins, the pin-out of which is linked to below. We are trying to run a six-pin sensor through the four I2C pins on the Sidecar next to the six-pin receptacle, but it is not working. We have tried running both grounds to "-", SDA to SDA, SCL to SCL, and 5v to 5v, leaving the ANA plug disconnected (programming assures us that they are not using the analog component, although this may be the problem). Have you ever tried doing this? If so, please let me know if we are doing this wrong. Thank you!
