General programming advice

So I am new at this programming thing. I am looking to get general or specific advice on Labview. I do not care the context of the advice, just anything that you found really helpful while programming.

I'd look at examples related to what you are using on the robot or what you want the robot to perform. And ask questions on this forum.

Well, as the saying goes, there's no time like week 5 to learn programming

Tons of examples are available...while I don't use LabView personally, it's probably the most-used and best-documented language among FRC teams.

I would suggest you also take a look at the tutorials listed on the Tutorials tab of the LabVIEW Getting Started Window.
