Having not seen what you are trying to make, my first thought would be no. If you were to build a loosely supported ramp for human feeding, you should probably get some thin sheet metal, bend it the way you want and bolt it into place. I've always treated jb weld like super glue, and will continue to do so. If it's not an actual weld, it's not going to fool me imo.
