Wiring the Accelerometer

My team is trying to use the Accelerometer to get and angle. I can't figure out how to wire it. Does anyone have a diagram of how it should be wired to the analog input?

On the AndyMark Website is a pdf file that explains how to wire
the Gyro and Accelerometer.
