I don't see any restriction other than R70

Outputs from each Solenoid Breakout shall not cumulatively exceed 16W for the cRIO-FRC (8-slot) and 21W for the cRIO-FRC II (4-slot).

And solenoid valves alone don't draw that kind of power. I think that's addressing having the power draw of other custom circuits/sensors that might be connected there.

R66 is a weird one. It says we can't pump 12v into the Breakouts except through the Wago power ports. I wonder who tried to do what?
