CRUSH1011 Official Scouting Form

This is our scouting form for this year's competition, Ultimate Ascent. Our strategy is to have 10 people divided into 5 pairs. Each pair focuses on 10 teams and use this form as a guideline to find out everything about the teams.

Through this thread, we hope to share our methods of scouting and obtain constructive feedback from other teams. This scouting form is open for everyone's uses. Please leave any comments or suggestions and good luck to everyone at the competition!
