I think you might need to do a 'safe mode reset' on the device. On the 8-port cRio I'm familiar with doing this, but on the 4-port I don't have direct experience. I believe to do a safe-mode reset, you either hold down reset for 10 seconds or you power off, hold down the reset, and power on while holding reset for the first 10 seconds of reboot. This might get you to a place where the imaging tool would help. Please also read the following web page carefully and follow these instructions and troubleshooting tips. DEKA is right next to the river, and when i got there this morning they wouldn't let us into the building, but apparently there is and standing water on the first floor. The ironic thing is that i work on the water project and we can't deal with a bit of water on the floor - Greg Needel [more]
