The Dollar Tree ones I saw were only 2 1/4" diameter. It's not much of a difference, but it was noticeable, and it makes them unsuitable as FRC bumpers this year (and every year of mandatory bumpers so far).

R24 states that the noodles should be approximately 2.5" so maybe 2.25" noodles will be acceptable.

Mike,
2.5 inch is the spec. They are really available everywhere in the US. Northern states may have a hard time finding them this time of year. Teams outside the US will have a harder time. They may be speced in metric in your area so an equivalent to the 2.5 inch/6.3 cm is acceptable. I did a quick search and found an Amazon ad in the UK for these called "Happy Hot Tub Rosy Red Swimming Noodle". |

Bumpers really do not need to be finished until your competition. So if you have to order them it would be okay.
