Slowing down the output signal from a spike

Hey CD,
I have a very quick and simple question.

The motors we are using to run a conveyor belt runs pretty fast. We did not take this into account when designing the robot and therefore we connected spikes to these motors.

Now when we tested it out, they move to fast, so is there any possible way to maybe instead outputting 100% power from the spike, outputting only 50%. Or do we have to put on jaguars

Re: Slowing down the output signal from a spike

No, a spike can only output 100% (or -100%) of its input voltage or zero volts. For anything in between, you'll have to use a speed controller.
