I don't know the answer about port 1180, but here's what I would do:
The Axis camera supports multiple simultaneous streams. I would plug both the netbook and camera into the radio. The Driver Station can access the camera with no modifications, and the netbook can also access the camera with a different stream. Alternately, I do know that port 80 is passed from any IP address. So, you could use port 80 to rehost the camera stream. |
