To clarify what the previous poster said:

You can bring to the actual competition 30 lbs at most of fabricated material. This pretty much means anything modified from its off the shelf state. However, COTS (Commercial off the shelf) things such as a motor are not included in the 30 lbs if it is not wired up and attached to your hanger. If you end up being over 30 lbs with the motors or cylinders or anything other COTS part, you can take it off and bring them in as a spare part.

The 30 lbs also does not include your bumpers or your battery.

You can only add these parts once at the actual event. The extra hour allowance is a special case for teams in michigan and mid-atlantic regions where they have district tournaments and would have less time to work than those at other tournaments (not too clear on this, someone please correct me on this if I am wrong).
