I think the issue you're having is you're saving the project, which is in the Movie Maker file, and what you need to do is actually export the project in a video format.

Nobody was saying to host the videos for the team. On YouTube, I can create a playlist from the videos that each team uploads, so that all of them are in one place.

Yes but there was a miscommunication between Mike and I regarding their video. We feel we owe it to them to show it on our show anyway.
