SMALL PARTS CREDITCARD ONLY??

Have any other mentors/ team leaders had a problem where you do not access to a credit card for parts purchases and how did you fix the situation

Not sure how I'm going to handle this....are we sure that the credit card is for ALL orders or just the purchases that are made at competition? The way I read it was that this change was for purchases made during competitions... I honestly have not followed up on this as of yet...but would like to know how you or anyone else makes out (we normally used purchase orders to purchase items during the build season)

Last year SPI billed to the account you had set up, why do they need a card there?
