Jaguar Firmware Update Issues
[RESOLVED]
[RESOLVED] [RESOLVED] Hello! We are having issues with updating the firmware for outdated jaguars. We are using all black jaguars Every time we open BDC_COMM-107, we immediately receive a message telling us that the program "cannot connect to specified comm port." Additionally, we are unable to change said port through BDC_COMM. When connected to the jaguars they are still flashing yellow. The following has been tried: - several different black jaguars - different laptops - different serial to can cables - googled to infinity - different ports on laptops - Yes, the jaguars are powered Any input is appreciated.
