Hello everyone. I know that it's getting close to competition. Week 1 practice matches start in just a couple days. I have been working on an Android application for Scouting during FRC events for the last year, and have finally gotten it to a point where I'm willing to release it to the masses.

The app is built for use on 3G/4G devices, as it requires internet access. I'm considering adding an offline mode and bluetooth connectivity in later updates. It also requires connectivity with a server that your team sets up. The server-side implementation only requires LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and can be set up on the same server that hosts your team website in most cases.

The app should be fully functional, and it's been tested on a few devices of team members. We used an early version of it last year to great effect, and a lot of the feedback from our team members has been implemented in the current edition.
