Some nice 3/8" wood (or 1/2", not sure) with standoffs. It's surprisingly light, but after a competition's worth of hangs, it's starting to wear.

Hmm. I'll make sure we bring some wood with us then, and some 1/4" Lexan. Just for fun. I'll be coming by to check it out for sure.

We've got Ted Creech from 2 years ago as MC.

Both Ted and I are fighting sore throats this week and might not last the competition, but we are going to give it all we've got.

So there is no misundertanding.... John's sister pulls my "Cheat sheet cards" before every match so I can spout out all kinds of trivia and items of interest for each team introduction. With 65 teams I need all the help I can get.

What a day, what a day. We've worked through more electrical problems than we've seen in a long time today (our cRIO kept losing power and rebooting), but we're pretty sure those problems are behind us. Hopefully we can do a little more convincing tomorrow and get the threepeat!
