Cypress Programming Help

Hello,

We are trying to use the Cypress I/O Board this year but have ran into some issues trying to program it with the hex file. We are following the directions on the Control Systems manual that first provides and are using the software that was installed with the driverstation. The message that we get when we try to program FRC_IO.2012.v3.hex is "The hex file does not match with the acquired device, please check the device." I have gone through the troublshooting that FIRST provides but everything is correct there. Does anyone know how to fix this issue because I am out of ideas so far. Thanks
