I'm struggling with the safety policies on the practice field. The relative safety hazard of two robots climbing the tower (which is allowed) seems higher than two robots agreeing to share the two goals (which isn't allowed) to me.
Hopefully someone can allow me to see the other side, without abusing the

icons.
