My team won the award last year at the SoCal Regional. I think us winning that award had to do with the fact that we were the first FIRST team in San Diego and that our team was very communicative to the judges showing them our enthusiasm, team work, efforts, and everything else.
I think to win the award, you do just have to be out there and show the judges how your team is different from all the other rookie teams. You should show them how your team works together, your team's partnership efforts, your enthusiasm, and gracious professionalism. Good luck! |
