When I spoke with the Science Center's public relations director, she said that the museum would most likely give each team a certain number (about 5 to 10) of free passes for the students and mentors running each booth/display, like they do for other school/community groups. This has not yet been confirmed by her boss, but at the very least I know they have been discussing giving teams a discount price. I'm still waiting to hear a response from the museum on this topic, but I will release an update as soon as I do.
FIRSTers in particular want very strictly delineated guidelines so that they know exactly what parameters under which they're working, except when they don't. - pfreivald [more]
