Red: 1 goal, 4 robots, 35 balls, 85 points

QP Blue: 84

where do you get four robots for each alliance?

Melkor is an unknown quantity at this point
Tethered pieces

With teathered pieces you could be in to places at once. But this is illegal under the tangle rule.
Telescoping arms would work. 15 feet long.

15 Feet is a bit to short. Robots need to be in Zones 1 & 5 to count as 10 points for both alliances. Zones 2+3+4 measueres to be 28ft. So your robot needs to touch ground just over 28ft from A to B.

So what happens now?
With the TieBreaker, I assume it will end in either:
1) No Multiplier, No Win
2) 3x to both teams, everybody wins
3) Coin Toss

The most fair of a situation in that case I think would be my #2. If you have that big of a fluke to a match, you deserve the bonus. After that, my #1 would be fair because nobody 'really' won the the match. A coin toss in my eyes for a match would seem overly unfair to the 'loser' of the toss because they are in equality to the 'winner' for that match.

The most likely I see to happen in that is No Muli, No Win

My guess is that each team would get a 2x multiplier, since the total points given out would be the same.

Coin Toss

Where are you seeing that? There are two seperate tiebreakers.

First one being on Qualifying and Elimination Matches (which we've been discussing)
(Rule SC9)

Second being seeding. Seeding is finally decided by a coin toss if it breaks down far enough.
(Rule T4)

Can you double check and see that you aren't mistaken on which rule? Because i'm not seing the coin toss anywhere. Give a Rule X# please

Actually since "most balls in scoring position" is the 2nd tiebraker you can have:

Blue: 2 goals, 4 robots, 25 balls, 85 points
Red: 1 goal, 4 robots, 35 balls, 85 points

Blue QP: 85
Red QP: 255

Not bad.

If all tie-breaks fail to give a winner? Man that would be something to watch!
