Help us make the trip to St. Louis (Israel)

So, we won the RCA in Israel, and are struggling in raising the funds to make the trip for all team members.
We started an Iniegogo, and would appreciate your help with wither donating a small sum, or by sharing it with people you know. Each small amount matters and might help us make our dream come true, represent our country, community and ourselves at the highest of stages.
You can also view our Chairman's video at the link.
Thanks!

It's great that your team is doing this. It would be great to see more international teams at worlds. One comment that I need to make is on your Kickstarter. There are a few issues. First is that you need to be a US or UK citizen in order to start a Kickstarter. Additionally, Kickstarter is all or nothing. If you don't reach your goal you won't get any of the money raised. This would be very disappointing. I strongly recommend you switch to Paypal donations, since that would be better at doing what you need.

That's why its not a kickstarter, its on indiegogo. Check out their link. Indiegogo is basically a paypal donation service, you will get the money as people donate, its not all or nothing.

Re: Help us make the trip to St. Louis (Israel)

Thank you so, so much for posting your video with the link. I have never heard of a team doing a 12 year robotics program that carries students throughout the different FIRST programs (does anyone know of any others? I'm curious). From my own experiences, I know that students create incredible friendships during their high school years in FRC, but I can't even imagine the bonds that over a decade of robotics would form...

From the bottom of my heart, I hope your team is able to make it to the championships. You guys deserve it.

We're trying to make a 12 year robotics program, we're just missing years 6-8 which ends up getting filled with other STEM clubs like Science Olympiads and TSA. I really wish FIRST had more programs aimed at middle schoolers -- FTC seems a bit too advanced and well, Lego is fun but a bit limiting both in how the challenges are and in construction.

Y-Team: I loved your video and if there is any team that deserves to win Chairmans and go to Championships it's you guys. Best of luck.

My team, 2771, started FTC in Michigan for middle schoolers. It seems to have worked great so far. (Ring It Up! Was the 2nd season of the program.) It works nicely as a bridge between FLL and FRC. (One of our largest reasons for starting the program)

We covered that 6-8 with the Robostar project, which is still under development but supported by the ministry of education.

About the bonds, this year we had the first FRC members who are FLL graduates, and FLL members who are graduates of Jr. FLL.
I must say, that as a mentor it was incredible. They are no rookies, and no so so much by doing FLL. Some of them taught me about code and control.
