I helped build our current cart my senior year. The ball bearing casters have over a thousand pound capacity each (came from a GM donation off of one of their parts carts) Had the diamond plate bent on a brake to fit the frame. Powder coated the water-jetted logo plates, and held everything on with chrome plated hex heads. No under lights yet.
