Re: pic: This is what a 100 pt. endgame looks like.

MSC is just a great experience.

The goal of our alliance was to put as many points on the board (pyramid??) as possible and not pay a lot of attention to defense. We knew we weren't going to outshoot the #5 alliance in the wall goals, and we knew we would be behind in the "real-time" score at the end of the match. With 2145 and 3572 carrying discs, 1918 was able to run more cycles before climbing and didn't draw defense. We figured we had a max potential of around 220 points if everything went perfectly (66 auton, 54 in white discs, 30 in colored discs, and 70 climb). We hit 193 in both quarterfinals. In the Semi's, we lost our focus on the tower, had some technical issues, and just plain got beat by 2054, 67, and 2337.

I think this is the match that the losing alliance scored 192 points. That had to hurt. Only at MSC.

I hope 3572 makes it in to CMP. They deserve it.
