As a state that has an uphill battle in developing top-notch teams, not being able to send your best robot really stinks.

Haven't seen 612, but it's a shame that 2363 isn't going. In my mind, they are the best team in VA that isn't going to Worlds. As to the comment about top-notch teams: 12 teams for a state our size; we are doing pretty well.
