Sounds great. So you've been assigned this spot on the venue layout? If so, I can add it to the list of "side" events.

Re: Dean's List Button Wall 2013

Does it have to be a button? Team 2502 has never done buttons but we DO have a Dean's List Finalist! We have trading cards.

Otherwise I will have the kids work on some button artwork to honor our finalist!

The wall should be hanging outside the pits but I'm not sure of the exact location, that's still being finalized. But if you have a list, it would be great to have this on it!

If you do trading cards that would work! We would simply tape it up there instead of pinning a button on. If you could, find a place on the card to write the finalist's name and year.

I put together a list for the information people in the booths.

Just make sure you are working with the event managers. You likely won't be able to just put something up that is not pre-approved.

Re: Dean's List Button Wall 2013

So, thank you to everyone who has contributed buttons and I encourage teams to keep submitting them (especially the earlier years, I'd like to have 2010 represented a little better!)

The button wall can be found outside the entrance of the pits.

604 will hopefully drop by with two buttons tomorrow, one of them being from 2010 =)

Re: Dean's List Button Wall 2013

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the Dean's List Button Wall. If you are curious on how it looked on Saturday afternoon, the picture is below:

https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=3&theater

During the next few weeks, the Button Wall will be reorganized to allow for year's of growth and then sent to FIRST HQ. I'll be sure to post a picture of the remodeled one before it is shipped. It will continue to grow and be displayed at Championships in the coming years.

Clearly, we do not have all the Finalist represented. By my reckoning, we have about 31% represented, which isn't too shabby for the first years effort. If you would like to accelerate the growth by mailing in button(s), I'd be glad to give you the address through PM. Below is my own master list of every Dean's List finalist. If you happen to have a button from a team(s) I don't yet have and you would like to mail it in, that would be much appreciated!
