Feedback received from your Chairman's Award Submission

I'm generating this thread as a tool to collect information about the feedback that teams received on their Chairman's Award submissions over the past two-three years.

Each team that submitted at a District and Regional should have received a form filled out by the judges. On this form is a ranking system for different criteria, as well as questions at the bottom.

I'm interested in what the judges responded to these very open-ended questions.

I invite teams to let us all know what the judges had to say. You do not have to let us know personal information, but perhaps include generic comments made that may be useful to the larger CD audience.

For example:
One comment on ours this year said that they would like to see more information on the impact of FIRST on students, mentors, school and community.

Handwritten comments on Chairman's Award Feedback from the Pine Tree Regional. Team 157, Aztechs

This was our first time submitting Chairman's ever, and I'm super proud of our kids and the feedback we got was pretty good, considering it was our first go round!

What do the judges see as the team's main strengths?
- This team has expanded a build season team into a year round team
- Great base of support and relationship with mentors and sponsors.

What areas could the team focus on for improvement
- Expand community outreach and volunteerism
- Focus on developing the FLL as a way to build team membership now and for the future.
- Use data to document success particularly to show college and career pathways and enhancing diversity in engineering.

Judges Final Thoughts & Comments
You have tremendous passion and obvious commitment to expand this team. It will be hard work but worth it.
