What were the funniest/coolest moments that occurred during build season?

For example, when we cut the electrical board a little too short, we asked a freshman to ask the build team to borrow the lexan stretcher, thinking she wouldn't be so gullible as to believe that one existed. Ten minutes later, our build captain came over asking us what on earth we were talking about! Since then, we've referred to the victim as our "polycarbonate specialist"
