Actually, for awards, we have a series of awards for the students. Then, and I LOVVVVE <3 this part, the students get to give their mentors awards. All the student --> mentor awards are student built and thought out. Really cool.
Off-season...kind of. We participate in them, but I don't think we do any special "prep work"
Meetings continue for a bit, usually up until the banquet. We sometimes meet over the summer for outreach events and showcasing, but it's hard to get the whole team together.
