@lpickett: Good to know we aren't the only ones, we'll try out using electrical tape and soldering them, thank you!

@adciv: Yeah, we've had a lot of trouble with people picking them up by the leads, they just don't pay attention

Are you suggesting crimping the leads directly to the terminals, or something else?
