We need your help

Here is what we need your help with. Meredith needs your vote to sing the National Anthem or God Bless America at the Charlotte Motor speedway in an up coming event in May. Meredith Card former Student and Driver on Metal In Motion Team 343 has followed the FIRST agenda successfully. Upon graduation from High School she went to Winthrop University and got her degree in Math with a minor in secondary education. She is now in her second year teaching Math at Berea High School in Greenville SC.

Meredith and her brother Brian were both members of team 343. Brian became a Mechanical Engineer Graduating from Clemson University. So you see fellow FIRST members this program works. I personally was a Mechanical Engineer mentor for eleven years on team 343 and have seen many success stories.

Now Meredith, Brian and I would like to get the attention of NASCAR and we need your help. I am hoping you all can help us with this. We want to get a Sprint Cup team to support the FIRST logo on their car for at least one race this year. We need to get FIRST in the Main Stream. NASCAR I believe would be a great segway for us to accomplish our goal.

Meredith is currently in 4th place out of 140 contestants.

This contest only goes on till May 20th. You may vote once a day. You may vote from you computer, or smart phone. Please vote every day for us. Have your friends and families vote also. Your support will be greatly appreciated by us and FIRST if we are successful.

In closing I do apologize if this is posted in the wrong area. But we need help fast spread the word.
