(Sharing) Warehouse/Workshop space

Hey y'all

I just want to gauge a couple of things:
1) Which teams (if any) share workspace with another consistently over the course of the build season and what the dynamics of that are?
2) How teams have gotten warehouses and similarly large facilities as workspaces (sponsorship, rental, etc)
3) If there are any teams in NYC willing to co-rent a warehouse for the next build season

We share a workspace called the Rochester Engineering Centre with FRC team 73 the Illumination and FRC team 3838 Roc City Robotics.
The build space was provided by the Rochester City School District. The build space used to be the Auto Tech Class space but has not been in use in three years.
There are two sections in the REC. The build space (which is the first area entered in the video) is general use with tables assigned to teams. The machines are under supervision mainly from our shop rep Jeff Huspen who has over 35 years of experience working with such machines in his years of working at Xerox.
The main room has three sectioned off areas for teams. The one closet to the shop belongs to 73. The one in the middle belongs to 191 and the one by the entrance belongs to 3838. Unseen in the video are a pair of computer labs that we have permission to use and a teacher's lounge that is used for meeting and meals.

Re: (Sharing) Warehouse/Workshop space

1) 2175 has shared shop space with 3130 since 2010 their rookie year. As a small school we do not have a shop in our school so they have let us use the metal shop in their school. The teams often share ideas and discuss the game but build different robots. Both teams run themselves very differently but often will critique each others designs so that both teams put out the best robot possible
2) the school allows us to use the metal shop
3) not valid
