Those are sweet! I'd take them if no one else wanted to. However, if you wanted to build a demo robot those would be fantastic.

Re: What is it? Estimated resale value? Is anyone Interested in?

I'm jealous of your globe motorly bounty! We have ten that I 'donated' to my robotics class, and they work great with Tetrix stuff after a slight amount of filing on the output shaft.

With twenty, world domination may be possible.

(But no, really, keep them and use them for off-season stuff. They're fantastic little monsters.)

Remember that even if the motors themselves are no longer legal, there is nothing wrong with putting a legal motor on the gearboxes. I'd make a summer project of figuring out how to attach an RS-550 to those gearboxes.

Such a project is not simple. The Globe motor planetary gearbox uses a powdered metal ring gear which engages with a serrated feature of the motor endframe and is held in place by roll pins. It is fairly convenient to replace those pins with small screws if you want to disassemble, modify the gearbox, and then re-assemble to the original motor. (Many teams did that back in the day. ) However, assembling the gearbox to a different motor will require some cleverness.

Also consider that the Globe was designed as a totally-enclosed non-ventilated motor, and the RS-550 or AndyMark 9015 are designed for flow-through fan cooling. This means you shouldn't block airflow at the shaft end of the motor.

Taken together, these two factors will make it a challenge to use a Globe gearbox with an alternative motor. A COTS planetary, like those offered by Vexpro or AndyMark, would be a better choice.

I just realized... this was the first year since Globe motors became illegal that I haven't seen them on a robot!

We used to hear a lot about damage to the Globes due to excessive side loads on the gearbox output shaft, but I haven't heard this nearly as often about the new generation of planetaries.

Are the VexPro, AndyMark, and BaneBot alternatives able to withstand higher side loads?

I think the longer output shafts makes it easier to support them on the far side!

I've not seen anything on VP or BB (previous posts from JVN and PC suggest data is coming once tests are complete), but AndyMark lists the performance specs on the product pages.
They've also shared tests of their (non-planetary) gearboxes.

We also have several globe motors without application (or soon room, since we're undergoing school construction). If they happen to find their way to a silent auction at a local offseason event, would there be much demand for them?

Re: What is it? Estimated resale value? Is anyone Interested in?

We already have enough off season projects to last the decade and we need to clear the space. If anyone is interested in purchasing 1, a few, or all send a message.
