The SmartDashboard has I believe a memory leak while running the camera. When it runs out of allocated memory the entire thing crashes.

The SmartDashboard that comes with the Driver Station does not include the camera widget. You have to set the "default" dashboard to your standalone SmartDashboard that does have the camera widget. To do this follow the instructions starting at "Locate Driver Station Configuration" and ending by following the instructions for "Modify the DashboardCmdLine" at this guide http://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s/...sion-installer
