I'm so excited for my first event as a volunteer, got the confirmation email today. The UberBots will make a return to Beantown in spirit (and most likely with monkey in tow) and from what I remember in 2010, it's a great event. Can't wait for Saturday!

I don't know for sure, but if there is I bet it will be on blue alliance. Hopefully someone from 125 can enlighten us.

Luckily the event is in a cement hockey arena with a great HVAC system, we should avoid the killer heat wave outside!

What a great Beantown Blitz!. I watched from home. It was awesome to see 195 alliance with Team 175 Buzz and Team 1761 TekClaz.

Congrats to the finalist teams 2168, 2791 and 4564, Awesome matches indeed!

I want to thank those that provided the video stream. I was stuck at home and I am so thankful that I still could watch the competition.

Where to start. First off, thanks to Brando and company on 125 for hosting a great event and opening their shop to us. We had a drive gear wear out and the only replacement we could find was a dog gear (thanks Rosie.) 125 helped us make and press in an insert and saved our weekend.

Thanks to 2168 and 4564 as well. We know from experience that Josh and company are very professional and an all out blast to work with and this time was no different.

Lastly, congrats to 195, 175, and 1761.

Thanks for making the trip guys. I'm glad "franken-gear" held up through the end of finals. We were happy to help you guys get back on your feet.

I need to thank all of my volunteers who came out this weekend. I am extremely spoiled to have one of the best volunteer staffs at Blitz every year single year. You guys did a great job and helped make Blitz a great event as usual.

Thanks to all the teams for making the trip to Boston on a hot June day.
