I just checked out south west airlines website for promotional fares and found out some great news for teams

Travel January 11, 2002 through June 7, 2002.
Purchase January 4, 2002 through January 28, 2002, midnight Pacific Time.

$39 each way to/from Southeast cities
$49 each way to/from Northeast cities
$59 each way to/from Midwest cities
$79 each way to/from Heartland cities

i work for the airlines and i know that southwest is usally the cheapest airline but those prices sound a little too cheap. first off it is 59 each way which comes out to be 118 but even that sounds too cheap if it were my guess only about 5 or 6 seats sell for that price and then the rest are about 20 to 30 higher oh if any nj team intersted for next year i am working with contintenal airlines to charter a whole airplane to fly down to nationals and back that way you know the only people on the airplane will be in first i will have more details by the start of next year i just wanted to see who would be intersted in this

If you scroll down, you see that the florida promotional fares end the end of february. If you scroll you get the June date, but that is for a different promotion.

Since September 11th there aren't that many people flying so the airlines are offering good rates. South West always has great fares I went Providence to Orlando last June for $99 each way.

Yes they sound cheap and maybe there are only a few seats available but that info is not given. I suggest people intrested call there group sales and find out.
