Sprockets and Roller Chain Models

Hey everyone.

I'm looking, specifically, for a 32 tooth, #35 ANSI Roller Chain Sprocket....whatever hub size will do. I can't find a model of one anywhere.

I do have Ed Sparks' i-Sprocket file, but when I try to insert anything about, say, 12 teeth, the sprocket explodes and it doesn't work.

I'm also looking for a similar roller chain file.

Can someone offer some parts or some advice or something? I'm just trying to put the finishing touches on our design.

Please Try Again ......

The early version of the i-sprocket had some troubles particularly with smaller sprockets. Download the current version and try again. If you are still having trouble, please let me know.

There is a good chain model at the cbliss website .

Thanks. . .

I'll re-download the i-Sprocket and try it again.

I have the chain from the Cbliss site, but I can't make it work properly.

I'll play with it some more.

No luck.

I'm still having no luck with the i-Sprocket.

I've been able to successfully insert 10 and 12 tooth sprockets (I need 11 tooth, however. )

But, anything larger than that and it explodes.
