Robotics Club Student Leaders

I've seen several posts around about how different teams are organized including teams with Presidents, CEOs, maybe even a King or Queen! I'm looking for success stories based on your experience. As I am beginning a new venture this year leading a Middle School VEX Team- I'm looking for feedback. The teams are looking to be maximized with 10 kids per grade level. So what do you think? What works for you? Do you have a story that shows how great this can be?
Thanks!
Steven Carpenter
