[FTC]: Practice Field in Richmond VA

If you are around Richmond/Goochland Virginia, my FTC teams will once again have a community practice field available for other teams to use.

We will build the field starting tomorrow after the game release and depending on if we have to order elements for this year's game it can be ready as soon as Monday.

We have the new Andy Mark field also coming in the next week or so.
