Project Management Software

Just doing a quick google search for "online project management software" will get you many results, most free if you install it to your own server. Otherwise, owncloud is amazing. It stores files, media and it has a nice calendar that will work in iOS.

We’ve used Basecamp over the years, it’s simply superb for us.
One thing that we’re looking for the software though is the ability to track hours worked, hopefully they could roll out an update ASAP.
