Great "How I Work" article ! Thanks for sharing

The biggest task we have on Sundays is making sure everyone has a plan for what needs to be done during the week, especially the students, since they work fairly independently of the mentors during the week.

This is a great piece of advice for mentors.

I would be interested to see the 1114 team plan every Sunday.
