For NDEP, the money should be applied in TIMS as a payment for your regional.
For my team, logging in as an administrator, I can select to pay for the team - "Pay Now". This link opens up all the regionals we have registered for, in this case only NC. I can then click on the "View Payment Detail Report" under Actions. There I see that NDEP has provided $2,000 towards the registration. Hope this helps.
