Could anyone 3D print something for us?

Hi,

We're in the middle of our FTC season and we have a dilemma.

16 tooth sprockets are on backorder on tetrix, yet badly needed.
We were wondering if any team would be willing to graciously help us out..

We would optimally love to acquire 16 16-tooth sprockets, as soon as possible.

We have an STL or Solidworks or Creo model available.

We'd be willing to pay if necessary, as well as send you a note, shirt, and buttons as our token of appreciation!

Also, since these are 1.25" sprockets, optimally a high resolution 3d printer would be needed.

I can take a crack at it, can't promise it'll work. I'm in Tampa so I can either ship it or if you'll be at Robocon next weekend I'll try to have a few done by then. Please post your STL.

For future reference, we are always willing to 3D print for anyone in white ABS on our Dimension printer for $5 per cubic inch printed, which is our materials cost.

I had a little warping, I just ran a second batch and I'll see if that happened again. If so I'll be tweaking the settings in the printer (likely running the bed 10C hotter) to fix it on the next couple.




ksafin - I do suggest that you still order the proper parts and only use these for prototyping. Depending on your use there is a very real chance of failing these parts and I'd feel terrible if you lost a match because this part failed.

These look more than decent enough to use until the sprockets come.

Like I said, we ordered 16 from Tetrix and just need something in the meantime since our competition date is approaching and don't know what we can scrap up by then.
