Driver station packet update time?

I've read about how the driver station works in different sources and one says the driver station sends a new packet every 100ms,
the other syays it happens every 20ms.
Which of them is right?

You can find lots of comms details in the FMS white paper. You can also search for posts by Marshall Horn, who measured the arrival of the packets to the robot and plotted them to measure the jitter.
