[FTC]: Need NXT Help

So On Saturday my team was setting up some older bricks and I wanted to make sure that they had the most recent version of the Firmware. When I went to download I waited 30 minutes for it to download but it seemed to have gotten stuck. I then canceled the update but now the Bricks do not turn on and all they do is click. Over the past weekend I researched the problem but I haven't been able to get the computer recognize the bricks so that I can redownload the firmware. Can anyone help me solve this problem.

FYI-We are using labview

Re: [FTC]: Need NXT Help

Check out this document with instructions on performing a Hard-Reset. There is a hidden button on the back of the brick.

I followed the instructions but my computer doesn't recognize the bricks. What should I do?
