Interesting... I was confused by the DCPC thing as well (we always refer to ourselves as the NE CMP committee, but I suppose it may be a logical carryover from Regional Planning Committee RPC).

And the answer on the NEFIRST blog is then incorrect.... There is no info at USFIRST.org. (I will see if I can get them to fix that)
