Value Props

I'm currently working on developing a sponsorship campaign. I'm having trouble deciding what should be the central idea for the value prop. Some people are telling me to emphasize the advertising potential (6000 views according to one calculation), but I disagree. I think that the value prop should be more centered on investing in the future or community. What is the best approach?
